To make our services as readily available for the customer as possible, we offer a collection and delivery option, meaning that we can collect your product and return it right to your door.

We are open 24 hours a day, 5 days a week to make sure we can supply our customers with a fast turnaround of goods.

How should I prepare or send parts for plating?

Parts should be clean and free of oils, heavy rust, coatings or cutting fluid. We recommend good packaging to prevent damage in transit. Feel free to contact us
if unsure.

Can you plate over different base materials?

Yes, we can plate onto various metals including steel, stainless steel, aluminium, copper, and brass, though some may require special pre-treatment.

Do you offer technical support or plating advice?

Yes - our technical sales team is happy to advise on the best plating options for your application or performance requirements.

Do you provide certificates of conformity or material certificates?

Yes. We provide certificates of conformity with every batch and can offer plating thickness reports, salt spray test results, or other documentation upon request.

What surface finishes or thicknesses are available?

We offer a range of finishes which are all ELV, REACH and RoHs compliant and can control thicknesses to your specification—typically 5–75 microns.

We plate to industry standards such as ISO 2081, ISO 4527,4042, ASTM B633, DIN 50979 or customer-supplied technical drawings.
