Using automated rotation within a barrel during the plating process, this method efficiently coats large volumes at high speed making it highly economical. Creating a sacrificial layer of zinc to protect steel from corrosion, extending product life and enhancing appearance. It’s ideal process for fixtures and fasteners, such as nuts, bolts, washers and other small hardware.
