It enhances corrosion resistance, wear resistance, and surface hardness, making it ideal for a wide range of industrial applications.

Our ENP Coating Capabilities:

We offer a full suite of ENP solutions tailored to meet various performance and compliance requirements:

• High Phosphorus ENP (10–12% P) – Vand-Aloy 4100N

o Industry-Leading Performance:
Recognised for outstanding reliability and consistency, this high phosphorus coating is a benchmark solution in the industry.

o Superior Corrosion Resistance:
Offers excellent protection in aggressive environments, making it suitable for harsh industrial and marine applications.

o Heat Treatment Compatible:
Can be heat treated to improve diffusion and enhance overall coating performance.

o Hardness:
Ranges from 475–550 HK100 (as plated) and increases to 800–950 HK100 after heat treatment, providing exceptional wear resistance.

• Medium Phosphorus ENP (7–9% P) – NiKlad ELV 849

o Bright, Reflective Finish:
Offers an aesthetically pleasing bright finish with robust technical performance.

o Environmental Compliance:
Fully compliant with ELV (End of Life Vehicle) and WEEE (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment) directives, supporting eco-conscious manufacturing standards.

• ENP with PTFE – NiKlad ICE Ultra/ RC

o Enhanced Functionality:
Combines the wear resistance of electroless nickel with the low-friction, non-stick benefits of PTFE.

o Improved Release and Lubricity:
Ideal for moulds, tools, and sliding applications where reduced friction and easy release are required.

o Advanced Corrosion Protection:
Can be applied over high phosphorus ENP for increased resistance in demanding environments.

o Compliant Coating: Free from lead and cadmium, and fully RoHS, ELV, and WEEE compliant.
