Our powder coating booth has a capacity of 5.2M, with an attached curing oven providing an efficient and controlled coating process.

Complete Metal Finishing

Our powder coating service can be combined with our wider metal finishing capabilities to provide a complete solution.

Our full blasting setup allows us to remove existing coatings, rust, corrosion and contamination before finishing. Where required, components can then undergo zinc or zinc-nickel plating before receiving their final powder coated finish.

This allows us to restore and protect components through a complete process:

Blast Cleaning → Zinc / Zinc-Nickel Plating → Powder Coating → Finished Component
